Pharmacists play a critical role in supporting parents on the topic of early life nutrition. In the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia (PSA) conference, Dr Thomas Ludwig the Principal Scientist of Paediatric Gastroenterology from Nutricia Research explained the role of nutrition as the first-line of management for the common functional gastrointestinal disorders (FGIDs) in infants, based on the evidence and according to the international recommendations.
