Our presence at the Annual Food Innovate Summit

Irene Fernandez Gonzalez, Head of Sensory & Behaviour Science Team in the Advanced Medical Nutrition division at Danone Research & Innovation will speak at the 16th Annual Food Innovate Summit on 17 April 2018.

In her presentation ‘Keys to a Consumer-Centric Organization’, Irene Fernandez will discuss how a common understanding of patients in the organization plays a positive role. In particular she will explain the patient journey mapping as a tool to become patient centric.

Irene Fernandez: “We involve patients in an early stage of the R&D process. To really make a difference everyone in our division should look at a disease through the lens of a patient. By doing so we ensure to develop the most relevant solutions for patients in their daily life.”

This year the Annual Food Innovate Summit will be held in Amsterdam from 16 to 18 April 2018.
