We are proud to support women in key authorship positions in our scientific publications

Since 2015, February 11th has been recognised by the United Nations General Assembly as International Day of Women and Girls in Science. This day gives us the opportunity to promote equal and full access for women and girls in science, noting that both science and gender equality are vital for our shared sustainable development goals.

Danone Research & Innovation is proud to support women in key authorship positions in our scientific publications. When looking at scientific publications co-authored by Danone employees over the last 4 years (2018-2021) over 65% of first author positions and 46% of last author positions were women.

These publications, published in peer-reviewed journals, support our commitment to developing high quality nutritional solutions that are supported by scientific research and clinical evidence.

At Danone Research & Innovation we encourage and support inclusion and diversity in scientific publishing.
